💡 Inactive = no longer on delivery routes (graduated with a positive outcome, or archived for an administrative reason) — history is kept, nothing is deleted. Stale = still active, but not updated in 25+ days — the address or notes might be out of date.

💡 Households in the same city are grouped together (never split across clusters unless a group would exceed 6 stops), and every route is sequenced starting from HQ (6401 Independence Pkwy, Plano) outward — so volunteers never drive past a stop just to double back to it later. Set "Max Clusters" to force smaller groups to consolidate further.

💡 Generating creates a check-in link for every active household that doesn't already have one pending. Tap "Send via WhatsApp" to actually deliver it — nothing sends automatically. A household is Overdue if it's been 10+ days with no reply; that's your cue to follow up.
